Welcome to Pine Tree Mysteries - best quarterly ezine of mystery fiction on the web.
No doubt the talented authors of stories in this issue of Pine Tree Mysteries wondered if the fruits of their fevered imaginations would ever see the light of cyberprint. Did I coin that word or is it already out there? After multiple delays, due to continued family illness and other roadblocks, including a hiccup at our hosting server which dumped the ezine offline for a few days, a new issue is now online.
A couple of take-aways from new contributor, Wade J. McMahan's Moxotó might be, 'know your friends' and 'if you plan to kill somebody, make sure they're dead.' Readers have enjoyed our next two authors in past issues of Pine Tree Mysteries. Mary Ann Artrip's small town, middle-aged female PI shows the local Police Chief that sunglasses can reveal more than they conceal in Shades of Guilt. The title of veteran PTM author, Bruce Harris's piece, One Night Stay at the Hide-A-Way might be a tad misleading as he spins a tale of woe in another small town.
